I have utilised the Amethyst & Wright>Manage subscribe link feature, to create a Disclaimer, within the body of this post, and above the Tags:- 

In this Disclaimer use case, the Subscribe link text ‘This is the sign up now text’, would instead be something like, ‘Terms of use’ (or whatever the Admins prefer) and would link to their choice of inputted URL, e.g. https://passle.ai/terms-of-use/, instead of the, Client Connect link.
